You will have the best time with CET Prague! Past Review
By Fanny Wolfowitz (Washington University in St. Louis) - abroad from 01/17/2018 to 05/17/2018 with
CET Prague
I was able to really explore and embrace my independence, navigating a foreign city and a new experience on my own. I learned a lot about the history of Central Europe from the Central European perspective. I found these both to be incredibly worthwhile, I will cherish this experience for the rest of my life.

Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
This program is academically serious and engaging but not more difficult than the academics at American universities. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
The program administration were very supportive and responsive to our needs. They helped us with a variety of things from things to do in Prague and finding places to eat, to getting more blankets and clothing hangers. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
The accommodations were really nice as the program assigns students to apartments (rather than dorms, as other programs tend to do). It's a great experience to live independently (with other students from the program). The program does send housekeeping once a week and they change the sheets. |
* Food: |
|
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
It is difficult to integrate fully into Czech culture, however, CET did help us understand Czech culture better and thus feel comfortable living in Prague. |
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
The program helped me find a health clinic and make an appointment there. They were very accommodating with my work when I was sick. |
* Safety: |
|
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
The staff and more importantly, the other students, made my semester an unforgettable experience. I made great friends and learned a lot. |
