yes! It was the best experience of my college, of my life! As a Vietnamese American, it allowed me to learn a part of who i am and where I am from. It helped me to be more independent and gave me the confident in adjusting to a different place.

The events that were arranged by the program were so incredible! i felt that it really helped me to immerse in the culture and to see everything about Vietnam. I just loved everything about it! My most memorable experience was getting to live with a guest family in the Mekong Delta where we stayed along the water canals. |

I'm Vietnamese so i understood Vietnamese but my writing and speaking skills were not that great. I practiced with my roommate, the locals, and family members I met in Vietnam. I spoke english to my American classmates and sometimes roommate. |
