I learned how to be independent and live completely on my own. Being in Europe was worthwhile. However, being in Belgium was not.

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • close to the netherlands
  • close to paris
  • good & cheap beer
* What could be improved?
  • the housing they put us in was not great at all.
  • the classes were filled with unmotivated people of belgium.
  • School they put you in is a bubble and you should be taking classes with more international students at the Main Campus.
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I knew more about the housing - they did not provide any pictures. I wish I knew the school only had 300 students in it and was not on the main campus of VUB.
