Absolutely worth going to Paris. Even among the few things I might have wanted to change, the program truly gives you an opportunity to be a part of French culture and learn to be reliant on yourself in a new environment. Bryan Y - Gordon College View Entire Review
I gained a great knowledge of the city of Paris, and my French improved, though I wish it had improved a bit more. A student - Fordham University View Entire Review

I learned how to live on my own. My computer broke and I had to call a technician in French and purchase a new one in France; I ran into difficulties with my Visa because I got pneumonia, so I had to deal with the immigration and health systems as well. And planning my own trips helped teach me about budgeting and being an ind... A student - Roger Williams University View Entire Review

I wouldn't trade my abroad experience for anything in the world. I feel like I've grown so much as a person and have a level of independence that I never could have achieved if I did not leave home. Megan J - The University of Texas at Austin View Entire Review
I have become a different person after coming from Paris. I remember thinking I wasn't able to do any of this before my departure, and now look at where I am. I can't say enough how much I have learned about the French culture, which is so incredibly unique from the American culture, and I have so much more to experience. I gain... I learned so much about myself and about the world around me- the entire experience was unimaginably worthwhile. I can't believe I had the opportunity. Studying abroad has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I've become more confident and independent, learned another language, and by spending a year in a foreign country, learned more about my own. I absolutely recommend studying abroad to anyone considering it; it will be one of the greatest years of your lif... blindley - The University of Texas at Austin View Entire Review
It was definitely worth the while. The program did an excellent job of highlighting the cultural differences, in particular within the education systems, between the US and France. It helped to understand where most French people are coming from when they seem rude to us. (i.e., in a French classroom, if you raise your hand to...
