I gained insight pertaining to the world aroudn me, not just the country of Spain but Europe in general. Each year with the help of technology and the internet the world is becoming a smaller place, so it is increasingly more important to understand the cultures of the citizens of the world.

i felt very safe in my neighborhood, it was nice being able to walk everywhere. it was about a 30 minute walk to class, even though it seems long it wasn't bad because it was still warm! |

lots of fried food in spain! beware! |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
we traveled to granada, cordoba, and cadiz. very rewarding and fun weekends |

i did not have any experience with health care, but many of my friends did and they had an overall good experience. I felt very safe in Sevilla, even walking home alone at night. |

I practiced the language with my host family as well as my professors and the locals. Not many people spoke english other than the younger generations |
