tapas were cheap and a fun way to hang out with friends

so many Americans in Seville, and without taking classes with Spaniards it was hard to meet locals

men will sometimes make comments to women, but I never felt threatened and Seville felt very safe overall.

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? TALK TO YOUR AMERICAN FRIENDS IN SPANISH. You will practice with your host family and in your classes, but spend time outside class/your homestay speaking in order to reinforce your language skills.
