The strengths were the fact that the students are forced to speak spanish everyday. It truly helped me to learn the language.

Finances

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Budget more wisely in the beginning. I did not realize how much money I was spending the first month. Also utilize the supermarkets.

I used spanish everyday because all my classes are in spanish. Also I live with a host family that does not speak english. However, I speak English often with the other American students.

A Look Back

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Absolutely go abroad to Sevilla. A student who wants to learn spanish and speak the language should come here because a student that doesn´t will not appreciate the experience.
