Tokyo Arts & Sciences Past Review
By A student (East Asian Studies, Brandeis University) - abroad from 03/26/2017 to 07/31/2017 with
CIEE: Tokyo - Arts and Sciences
I've never been outside of the US before and I honestly believe that there wasn't a better place for me to visit. Japan is a beautiful country with kind people. CIEE supported my transition into my host country seamlessly and assisted me along the way. They gave me autonomy to explore but provided services as needed. Our field trips helped me understand Japanese culture better too.

Reasons For Studying Abroad
To help future students find programs attended by like-minded individuals, please choose the profile that most closely represents you. |
The Nearly Native or Trail BlazerCraving the most authentic experience possible, perhaps you lived with a host family or really got in good with the locals. You may have felt confined by your program requirements and group excursions. Instead, you'd have preferred to plan your own trips, even skipping class to conduct your own 'field work.' |
