CIMBA: Paderno del Grappa - Undergraduate Program
Very worthwhile! I didn't know what to expect before I went abroad, but I came back knowing a completely different cultural and how to interact with people you could not speak with.

Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
The professors were always willing to help outside the classroom. The class trips were a great way to see different international businesses and how they function. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
The staff was very helpful all the time. They coordinated daily trips to surrounding towns to see what other Italian towns were like, which added to the overall experience! |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
The dorms had everything when you showed up. Most rooms were singles, which was a surprise, but it didn't really matter because you are rarely in your room. The rooms were cleaned every week, which was really nice to come back to a clean room after a weekend of traveling. |
* Food: |
A lot of pasta in the cafeteria, but if you mix it up, you will be fine! There is also a little convenience store across the street that has amazing sandwiches. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
A completely different culture than America. We saw a lot of different cultural attractions during the week for class trips and were given the chance on the weekend to see Italy and Europe. |
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
|
* Safety: |
There was never a problem with safety on campus. The only thing to look out for is in the bigger cities in large crowds. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
