What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
It was an experience of a lifetime. Being immersed in another culture and its language really works. Oaxaca is so beautiful, the people so friendly, the archaeological sites and other neighboring villages so fascinating and educational. My Spanish language skills really improved.

I stayed in a very nice posada and it was really cheap. It was great that everyone there was also enrolled in school.

One of the most outstanding parts of the trip was the cuisine - great restaurants all over.
