My host mother was very welcoming upon my arrival. She made me feel comfortable and at-home. At first, the language barrier was a bit of a challenge, but by the end of the semester, I can say that I learned quite a lot just from my host family alone. |

Yes
ICS was extremely welcoming and is like a big family. Definitely would recommend this program. |

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Definitely budget out your money wisely. Try not to spend much miney on food and take advantage of the home cooked meals made by your host family. |

In the language class, English was not spoken at all. I really benefitted from that because it assisted me in learning a new language. |
