I learned more about personal independence and who I am as a person while abroad. This experience is more than classroom learning which has helped me gain an understanding of Greek culture, history, and life.

I loved my experience with CYA and being in Greece! I would 100% do this program again because the staff has supported me and CYA has been such a memorable experience.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? I am not positive but it is very easy to spend more money than intended.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Create a weekly budget before going abroad and stick to it.

What was the highest level language course you had completed prior to departure? I took only Spanish so Greek was completely new. I had never taken a Greek course.
