Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

It was a lot of stress but a wonderful learning experience. The teacher was helpful and there were lots of cultural events to help you improve your Japanese

The professor was full of insightful knowledge about Japan, and I am so glad that I had my Japanese cultural studies there

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

My host-family was so nice and I know I am grateful to them from the bottom of my heart, though sometimes I dislike the pressure of their expectation on me to follow this and that. Anyway, I will never forget them.

* Food:

Much much better..and cheaper than in America.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

It took a long while to get into the local communities and to know how they make friends. But anyway, it would be such a great achievement that I made some life-long good friends there

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I am good

* Safety:

Japan is the safest city I have ever been, it does not even look unsafe

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes
