I really enjoyed being in Kyoto. Having been in Japan numerous times before, this experience stood out for the cultural appreciation I grew to have.

KCJS is a great program if you’re looking to focus on Japanese language with electives more of an after thought. The professors encourage lots of engagement in the local culture and using the language as much as possible. Ample opportunity to connect with local students.
