The topics I studied in Compluense were very attractive and concrete. I am probably not a serious student, but the all the academics stuff were very interactive and gave me the will to listen and to participate

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I came in Madrid in January, and it's not the good time to move on, because there are few deparures in January, but a lot of arrivals. But there are a lot of students in this city, so it's easy to find a big flt with a lot o foreign students, and flats are not really expensive (I live in Paris, so for me it wasn't expensive at all!)

I love spanish food. I just felt uncomfortable to eat the lunch at 3.00 pm and the diner at 10.00 pm ! But the quality of food was pretty good

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

I met a lot of foreign students (I was living with 2 girls, an english one and a spanis one). Generally your roomates bring you to their friends party,and little by little, you get a lot of friends ! It's a really nice experience, because spanish people have a way of living really special, so you learn a lot

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I haven't been sick during my trip, so I cannot answer to the healt one. But I never had any problem in Madrid concerning the safety

Before coming in Madrid, I was in Asia during 6 months, so I didn't speak spanish at all. So my spanish level was really awfull when I arrived there. I think I was more or less fluent when I left the University, which means that I really improve my language skills !
