Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

European universities are cheaper for a reason - they cannot be said in the same breath as American universities. The quality of professors, technology used, material, and grading was super subpar as compared to American universities.

On-site administration of your program

Poorly organized. Poor communication. Poor response time. Classes overlapped and admins did not tell us about this. It was up to us to see if they overlapped and then change our schedules accordingly.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Katerine Kollegiet. It was in a nice suburb that was super safe and super quiet. All exchange students from 20+ countries. Great diversity led to great perspective enhancement during the exchange. Undergrads to MBAs were represented. The housing office was TERRIBLE. I still have not received my deposit reimbursement 4 months after the program ended.

Food is super expensive in Copenhagen. No food provided by the school, although their dining facility is wonderful.

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Best part was riding around the city. Exploring backroads and neighborhoods was the best way to see the culture.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

You can walk around Copenhagen at any time of the day, in any state of mind, any gender, and be fine. Safest city I have ever been to - even safer than Orange County suburbs. My wallet was lost at a club one evening. The next day, someone knocked on my door and returned it - with all cash accounted for.
