Copenhagen is a beautiful place, with beautiful people. Everyone was so welcoming. The best part was the people I met. The people I experienced changed my life. Get out of the box and go!

Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
All of the classes are taught in English, however the professor and I were the only 2 native English speakers! Interesting to travel so far, and to be the comfortable one in class. The Danes have a strict grading system! However the classrooms and facilities were the nicest I've seen. Very valuable. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
I never once felt lost. They had a designated office for international students, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Never had a problem! |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
My housing was a bit dirty, but it forced me to get out of my room! Loved the fact that I lived with kids all over the world. Where I lived, is how I made friends. I still keep in touch with a couple of them! |
* Food: |
I'm not very picky, and I had a hard time enjoying the food. But, who needs food when there is so much beer available??? |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
The people I made contacts with made my whole experience. Open up and meet everyone! You will run into some fascinating people. |
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
|
* Safety: |
I could run at midnight outside and I never once felt threatened. Very, very safe area. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
