Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
Very interesting course choices, lots to choose from, a good amount of work but definitely manageable. Grades usually dependent upon tests, papers, and participation. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
Generally very accessible and knowledgable. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
|
* Food: |
Living in a kollegium, I had to do my own food shopping, which was difficult sometimes, especially because everything is in Danish but you get used to it. The program study tours provide tons of food and accomodate for vegetarians though, so eat up on the trips. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
Lots of opportunity for social involvement, the study tours provide a lot, and there is plenty to do on your own as well. |
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
|
* Safety: |
Very safe! Hard to contact doctors though |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
|
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Budget your food money! |
