There was a lot of work but the professors were amazing and you learned a ton....worth the effort |

I lived in an apartment and just got a food stipend that could be used at certain stores. I liked it because I enjoy cooking. |

I never really needed any health care while i was there but other people I knew were taken care of. You get a temporary residence permit and health care is free |

Just use common sense and don't walk the streets alone at night. other than that I was comfortable going anywhere on my own |

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | pack lunch...invest in reusable containers. Also explore outside of downtown Copenhagen...the neighborhoods around the area tend to be a bit cheaper... Nørrebro and Vesterbro are good places to check out |
