What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned how to be independent, and I got to experience all different cultures while abroad. I was able to visit 10 different countries in the four months.

Food was very expensive in Denmark so it can be hard for some students, thats why the food stipend was nice to have. |
| Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | Depended on travels but just in copenhagen I spent about $100 a week but during travel it was a lot more |
| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | SAVE SAVE SAVE!!! You will spend way more money then you think and once you are abroad take out a chunk of money from the ATM each week or every other week and only spend that amount. Don't use your debit/credit card for everyday items. Easier to keep track when you take out money in chunks. |
