Denmark Past Review
By Diana D J (Biology, General., Wellesley College) - abroad from 01/14/2013 to 05/17/2013 with
DIS Copenhagen: Semester
I learned that I should be grateful for the opportunities I have had education-wise, because clearly many other American students are not nearly as well-informed as me. I know this sounds elitist of me, but when someone, for example, asks if Margaret Thatcher was an actress (and believe me, comments like that were very common in this program) I feel well justified in saying so. I also learned that it doesn't matter in the end, because those students probably did better than me overall in the classes and were succeeding more at their chosen life trajectories despite their lack of knowledge.
