Studying abroad was a wonderful experience. I became a more independent and culturally aware person and was also able to learn more about academic topics that interested me from professors who had first-hand experience with the subject matter.

A Look Back

  • Living in Copenhagen!!!!
  • travel breaks and study tour
  • Professors who worked in the field they were teaching
* What could be improved?
  • scheduling (having to be moved out a day or two after finals ended)
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I did not know much about Danish history before going abroad but the culture class I took with DIS definitely helped with that.
