|

everything always ran smoothly |
* Housing:

mostly cooked |
* Social & Cultural Integration:

they did a great job helping you meet people and making sure you were always comfortable. |
* Health Care:

|
* Safety: |
It is one of the safest countries in the world...extremely low crime rate...and the tap water is cleaner than the bottled water. |

No
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
|
Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | I budgeted about $400 a month for these expenses. It is an expensive country, but it's well worth and it is possible to live cheaply. |
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | cook alot and get a bike. Use your transport stipend on a bike |
Language
Language acquisition improvement? |
I didn't take danish so I didn't get to learn the language too well, plus danish is an incredibly hard language to learn. |
Other Program Information
* Who did you take classes with?
Select all that apply |
|
A Look Back
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | Don't be shy, the Danes may seem conservative but will go out of there way to help you every time if you just ask for help. Also, don't be afraid to speak English, everyone understands. |
