What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
The past four months in Denmark have truly exposed me to another culture in addition to allowing me to become more independent as an individual. The first weeks were full of adjustment as I gradually got acclimated to the country and the particular way Danes approached life. Through my experience, I have come to truly appreciate the country, and I was particularly impressed by how tolerant Danes are to many different kinds of people.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I knew more about the Danish climate and weather. Also, I should have done more research with regard to transportation.
