I learned so much about my self being abroad and I think I grew up in so many ways! I loved everything about my experience and wish I could live it all over again

Accademics were some times too hard due to the diversity of the students that were studying abroad also. |

If you had a problem the program administration were always very willing to do with ever they needed to to help. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
I lived in a beautiful apartment with an amazing SRA who was very helpful and turned out to be an amazing friend to me! |
* Food: |
We were provided with a food card to pay for our groceries to make our own meals and had discounts at many places to eat around campus. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
There weren't too many opportunities to meet other Danes but still felt very integrated in their culture . |
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
It was extremely hard to find a doctor to see you while I'm Denmark. You were provided with a CPR card but that was no help in getting an appointment. I was told my doctor couldn't see me until May when I tried to make an appointment in February with a very bad infection. |
* Safety: |
I felt very safe in Denmark at no time did I ever feel nervous or insafe. |

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Try to make at least one meal a day at home to safe money on eating out! |

I took a Danish class and they encouraged me to use it every day of being in Denmark! |

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? | When out in the town or city try to use the language as much as possible! Try ordering your meals in that language and any other small easy interaction! |
