Study abroad is all about discovering a new culture and seeing a new part of the world and to increase perspective as a global citizen. I'd say my experience definitely helped out with that.

DIS wasn't as academically rigorous as my home state college. However, the resources that DIS provided as a study abroad student and the extent of the programs support was surprising. |

Very satisfied with my homestay housing option. |

Lived with a homestay family and home cooking was the best. |

I felt very culturally immersed thanks to my homestay family. |

I did not have any health issues, however DIS is located in Denmark where healthcare was free and accessible. |
