Rewarding, memorable, and life changing. Past Review
By A student (Skidmore College) - abroad from 01/15/2016 to 05/17/2016 with
DIS Copenhagen: Semester
I learned how to an adapt to a completely different environment, how to interact with a different culture, and to how to challenge myself in a whole new way. It was very worthwhile!

* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
I loved where I lived in Copenhagen! I was placed at Egmont Peterson Kollegium which was a challenging and rewarding experience for me because I lived with all Danes. |
* Food: |
I was well fed at my kollegium because we had a food club. I also enjoyed the food options at the supermarkets, such as Netto and Føtex. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
I personally felt very integrated because of where I lived. However, I felt integrated by riding a bike every day to school and going out as well. |

It was very expensive to live in Copenhagen. If you wanted to go out to eat and explore the city it would cost you a great deal. |
Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | I spent around 80 or more a week. |
