I gained the ability to work and do science in a international environment. I also became a very independent traveler and made livelong Danish and American friends.

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? | Get to know Danish people. One of the best things I did was make many Danish friends and would force them to speak the language around me. Also, try simple things-- like ordering a coffee or ordering your food. It is a very easy way to practice the language and Danes love to hear you try. |
