Putting the Fun in Functional While Living in Denmark Past Review
By A student (Wellesley College) - abroad from 08/20/2018 to 12/14/2018 with
DIS Copenhagen: Semester
I really like DIS's focus on the more practical sides of academia. All of my classes felt like they were preparing me to use my skills in the workforce, and I liked that.

How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
N/A - I didn't have any experience with healthcare. |
* Safety: |
I felt safe. However, I know that there are issues with sexual harassment that many Danish women and American women deal with in Denmark due to different cultural norms around hook-up culture. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |

DIS focuses on different things than Wellesley does, and I liked that. Also, it was nice to have a different sense of freedom. |
