Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Rigorous academics without being overwhelming. Accommodating professors however no office hours, granted I never felt like I needed office hours in the courses I was taking.

On-site administration of your program

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Not the most well-kept building or rooms but great location and had everything we needed. Did not love the communal kitchen but thats mostly due to the people I was living with.

Amazing restaurant scene in Copenhagen, but the grocery stores are not the most well-supplied. definitely good enough but often ran out of meat and certain vegetables.

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

My building got robbed about three weeks in and DIS did not exactly know how to handle it. We ended up having security but its so rare to see crime like that, especially in the neighborhood we were in so I think there was some cultural difference in how American students wanted it handled and how the DIS staff actually handled it.

I loved Copenhagen and loved traveling Europe!

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Such an expensive city but definitely good quality food and shopping.
