Reasons For Studying Abroad
To help future students find programs attended by like-minded individuals, please choose the profile that most closely represents you. |
The Avid AdventurerThe wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal. |

A Sense of Place in European Literature |
Course Department: | Literature |
Instructor: | |
Instruction Language: | English |
Comments: | This course, while not particularly challenging, allowed me to learn a lot about European literature, an area of study in which I have not previously had experience. The field trips for this class were fantastic and my Professor was well-prepared, knowledgable, and excited about the course material. I participated in class about as much as I would have at Middlebury. We were assessed with papers and presentations. |

Instruction Language: | English |
Comments: | This course was slightly challenging. We went on field trips every single class to different design studios around Copenhagen. The teacher was incredibly knowledgable about the subject matter. I participated in class less often than I would have at Middlebury as I felt less confident about my knowledge of the subject matter. |

She was kind and patient which helped a lot when learning a new language. I participated as much as I would at Middlebury. We were assessed with papers, presentations, and a written/oral exam. |
