It was absolutely worthwhile. I learned how to be even more independent and learned how to navigate new places and unfamiliar faces on my own.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Social media does not accurately describe what it is like to study abroad. While you will travel and have many amazing experiences, some days are difficult. Make sure you have a good support system at home and, if you can, around you to help you get through the most challenging bits.
