I'm glad it wasn't too difficult so we had a lot of opportunity to travel

I know there was nicer housing but I liked my roommate and enjoyed having a kitchen

Food was good but expensive. The $600 grocery card was nowhere near enough.

Always felt like a foreigner even when I knew my way around the city

N/A - I had no health issues

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

I liked being with a bunch of other American students who were also studying abroad. Copenhagen is an easy city to navigate and everyone speaks english.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Copenhagen is one of the world's most expensive cities. I cooked for myself almost every meal but I eat a lot of food as I am large and quite active.
