Pretty Good May 24, 2025
By A student (Clinical Psychology, Brandeis University) - abroad from 01/10/2025 to 05/10/2025 with
DIS Copenhagen: Semester
It made me fall in love with my studies even more because of the hands on experience and practical learning that they don't teach in the states.

|
|
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |

Food in Denmark is expensive, so I had to cook a lot. The stipend they give you is about $600, which lasted the whole semester for me (though I sometimes would buy food with my own money). |

Copenhagen is incredible, I always felt extremely safe. |

Yes
|

|
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
I definitely spent a lot of money this semester, but I planned for it because it is such a once in a lifetime opportunity. |

| Instruction Language: | English |
| Comments: | Loved this class so much. The instructor is incredibly kind and wants every student to succeed. Be prepared to watch about 2 movies on your own every week, though I would watch each film with some of my peers from the class, which made for a great social opportunity. |
