Learned how to be independent and deal with the frustration of living in a new place. Overall really love my time there.

Easier program which gives lots of support from profs. Lots of time off to travel and explore Copenhagen. Learned a lot in a lower stress environment. |

Loved my housing. Highly recommend host families or residential housing with other students. |

Could have more integration with local Danes, but there are plenty of opportunities to do so and living with a host family would also help. |

I had to get medications while I was there and it was very accessible and DIS staff are very helpful. |

Generous stipend for food and lots of expenses like transit covered |
| Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | Maybe a couple hundred dollars to go out and eat at restaurants. Can definetely budget better though! |
| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | If you plan on travelling, try to buy plane tickets in advance to get better deals. Would also try to save up so you can spend on travel, which is a huge highlight of the budget. |
