Well-run program with cool class options and lots of Americans July 27, 2025

DIS Copenhagen: Semester

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I mostly chose DIS because I could take an Urban Design Studio which my college does not offer. Because the program is all American college students it was super easy to make friends and travel together. DIS is a very well run program and they provide you with all the basics you need to live so you are quite well taken care of. The academics were definitely not as rigorous as Wellesley but I liked having a lighter load and flexible schedule so I could travel quite a bit around Europe.
