What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I grew a lot as an individual and in my mental health. I also really enjoyed the classes and their focus on experiential learning, and made incredible friends and teachers.

The $600 grocery stipend was hard to stretch across the whole semester for a lot of people, especially when fresh food can be pretty expensive.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Try to avoid going out to eat- having group dinners with friends and splitting the cost was a fun way to minimize grocery costs.
