DIS Stockholm Semester

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I think my time in Sweden taught me the value of independent living, and the importance of work-life balance (which Sweden is notorious for). By the end of the program, I felt very connected to my peers and to living abroad and had a hard time saying goodbye. One thing I wish was that the program put more emphasis on getting to know locals, given that most of the program revolves around time around other students from the US.
