What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Studying abroad was worthwhile. Meeting new people has given me a different perspective on the world and has really challenged me to think critically. Traveling with new friends and by myself during the program really helped me strengthen my skill sets, grow as a person and increase my confidence.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The program challenged you intellectually and personally. Professors made you think about important concepts and sufficient effort was put into assignments.

They were helpful when answering questions, but sometimes I thnk they could've given more guidance.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

* Food:

Food was not provided and there was no budget for food, so it was all on your own. However, there was so much good food in the city.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

My RA was great, but asides from that it was a challenge to meet locals.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

I never once felt unsafe, and I would walk home alone at night with no problems or even a hint of feeling unsafe.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

The classes were so interesting and I learned so much. The professors were really dedicated and knowledgeable about the subjects. Copenhagen itself was an amazing place.

Copenhagen is an expensive city.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Save money before. Give up that Starbucks coffee, because in the long run you will want to spend your money on experiences rather than items.
