The Place in My Memory Past Review
By A student (The University of Texas at Austin) - abroad from 06/13/2016 to 07/30/2016 with
DIS Summer in Scandinavia
I came into contact with great design that I could only witness in that part of the world, which was amazing. I challenged myself in navigating a whole new city and filling my days with new experiences. I talked with people and made a couple of sweet friendships. It was worthwhile.

Copenhagen felt totally safe. There were accidents and mishaps, such as people losing phones or other items, but the possessions always made their way back to their owner. Very comfortable city atmosphere because of this. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
No
I liked what Copenhagen had to offer, but at the same time I found the diversity and other aspects of the city to be limited. Thus, I feel like I would not learn much more if I were to visit again. |

The Avid AdventurerThe wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal. |
