Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Good academic rigor, but I would have loved more University of Bologna exposure, rather than just 1 course.

Not satisfied/poor experience.

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Great! I integrated well and made good friends with my roommates and other students. However, I had to switch housing a month after arriving, which made it difficult.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

My program assisted me by connecting me to a doctor. However, he often made mistakes, and when I was sick examinations felt very rushed.

* Safety:

Safety was good!

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

I liked the academic structure.

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? Try to meet people, talk to your housemates, only speak to them in Italian! Try to eat dinner and cook together.
