About

Learning and hands-on experience is the main purpose for students enrolling in this program. During the internship, students will have the opportunity to be involved with a variety of projects including bio-tropical agriculture (our own system that includes forest conservation and sustainable agriculture), business/non-profit management, forest biology, tropical design and building. Students will also have the opportunity to be assisted with any self-directed micro-projects or research, which the student wishes to undertake. Depending on the time period of the internship, students can also assist science professionals and PhD students conduct their research. Please contact a member of our team for more information regarding projects during your stay with us. The nature experience component will be provided through bio-tropical exploration tours to El Roble Reserve and a rafting tour down the Mamoni River.
