Los Angeles Program: Easing into 9-5 Adulthood in the Entertainment Industry Past Review

I was mixed about whether I should go to LA, but I could not be happier with my decision to participate in the program! Not many journalism students go, however even if you are not interested in entertainment news, journalism is everywhere and it is nice/important to experience different places.

I really enjoyed living at the Oakwoods. It was nice to have a nice, quiet place to call home. At first I was disapointed that I was going to be missing getting to live in and experience the new building Emerson is building. I had never been to LA before, but after learning that the new building will not have kitchens for the students, I think Emerson should reconsider the building because as seniors who have already lived in apartments back in Boston, not having a kitchen will be detrimental. The building should be constructed apartment style. |

No food. The program should cost less than the Kasteel Well program and Boston because no dining options are provided, despite nice accomodations! |
