What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?

I gained a lot of knowledge about Italy and Europe and found that the trips I ventured on and the museums I visited were amazing. Italy will always stay with me and I am encouraging all my friends to try programs such as this one.

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.	I feel that going to Florence was a great opportunity. However, FUA was not as into the arts as it could have been. The academic classes were the main focus and my art educational experience was largely based on my individual effort. Overall I loved my stay over in Italia!
* Housing: How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?	I loved living in the heart of Florence and found that it was the perfect grouping of people in my apartment.
* Food:	Ganzo, the eatery provided to us if we chose to pay had a wonderful menu
* Social & Cultural Integration: How integrated did you feel with the local culture?	The programs provided such as soccer nights and photography museum were exceptional!
* Health Care: How well were health issues addressed during the program?
* Safety:	student safety was addressed well and often the first priority.
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program?	Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget? (1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

A Look Back

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program?	I would say that for academics other then art it is a wonderful experience! The connections and events that happen while abroad are amazing and will stay with you forever.
