Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
My professor gave short lectures in museums, then let us learn a lot for ourselves. I think this really let me learn more about the culture, language, and art in Paris. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
The program was so effective for only being a week, I just wish I could have stayed for a whole semester. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
We stayed in a small French hotel with several international businessmen, students, and other people. |
* Food: |
The food was spectacular. I was never dissatisfied. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
I had so much fun roaming the streets, shopping, and just seeing Paris. The freedom I felt abroad is something I will never forget. |

|
* Safety: |
I felt incredibly safe while in France, and we were encouraged to beware of pickpockets and common theft just as in any country. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
|
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | I hardly spent much of my spending money on luxury items, mostly just food which was quite nice. |
