* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Overall a great experience. Wonderful balance of academic research, internship work, and campus involvement. I was able to become involved in many different activities on campus and attend many events in Washington DC. This program helped me get my foot into the door of joining the elite DC world.

On-site administration of your program

Administration was always there to help out. Sometimes, they would attend events with us.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I stayed with another person in the program and a normal students. I was living in the sophomore dorms.

* Food:

Overall good food in the dining hall. A lot of options available outside campus.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

I made a strong attempt to become part of the georgetown community. I joined many clubs, I joined the local academic fraternity, and attended as many events I could.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I went to the doctors once and they were very professional and helpful. Setting up an appointment was easy.

* Safety:

Very safe.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Washington DC is expensive. Using personal funds is necessary.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I would have applied to more internships in Washington DC and not be limited to the internship assigned to me via the program.
