What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Starting to see the world for what it is and less of just the american life. Now i have little fear of traveling. It was quite worthwhile.

On-site administration of your program

help from head of the department but the international department was very busy.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

lucky to get housing by getting in touch with the international office quick but if not it would have been very hard to find a place to stay.

* Food:

yess they have great food in amsterdam, and the canteen food at school is years ahead of chartwells.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

amsterdam is so international that its hard not to fit in. of course there are times when people speak dutch but you just have to get used to that. socialy i fit in great with my department so all was good.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

i had problems getting my medicine but i never asked the school for help, it was just trouble with customs and the hospitals.

* Safety:

i feel very safe and know where not to go and when.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes
