Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

It was a good difficulty level for being abroad and traveling.I learned a lot and really enjoyed on sight field trips in Florence.

On-site administration of your program

Oliva was absolutely wonderful. I have no complaints. She was very hands on and helpful throughout the entire experience.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

The apartment was spacious and well stocked. The location was very central, although our apartment was next door to a bar so it was very loud all night.

* Food:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Because I attended an international school, I spent most of my time with Americans, but i felt very comfortable with the local culture.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I had no issues or vaccines, but the program was very well prepared to help if i needed it. They provided insurance.

* Safety:

i never felt unsafe.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? No

The on site program was great, but the headache of getting the paperwork and lack of communication before I left America was not worth the stress.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? roughly 100, more when I took weekend trips
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Cook for yourself and avoid eating out all the time.
