| * Overall educational experience Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. | It was a good difficulty level for being abroad and traveling.I learned a lot and really enjoyed on sight field trips in Florence. | 
| * Host Country Program Administration On-site administration of your program | Oliva was absolutely wonderful. I have no complaints. She was very hands on and helpful throughout the entire experience. | 
| * Housing: How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? | The apartment was spacious and well stocked. The location was very central, although our apartment was next door to a bar so it was very loud all night. |

| * Social & Cultural Integration: How integrated did you feel with the local culture? | Because I attended an international school, I spent most of my time with Americans, but i felt very comfortable with the local culture. | 
| * Health Care: How well were health issues addressed during the program? | I had no issues or vaccines, but the program was very well prepared to help if i needed it. They provided insurance. | 
| * Safety: | i never felt unsafe. | 
| If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? | No The on site program was great, but the headache of getting the paperwork and lack of communication before I left America was not worth the stress. |
