I don't know. This is a weird question. Past Review
By A student (Viterbo University) - abroad from 06/07/2017 to 07/05/2017 with
University of Nicosia - Global Semesters: Nicosia - Summer in Cyprus
I felt like i was able to learn some about public health, which I will be studying in my final year as a nursing student. I also really saw how universal nursing is as a profession. I do believe the experience was worthwhile.

Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
As stated previously, students must provide almost all of their own meals. On weekend trips, it is obviously easier to eat out at a restaurant than to prepare your own food, and this can get expensive. |
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Budget so that you can go out to eat with friends during the week if you want to, but also prepare to make a lot of meals in your apartment to save money. |

A Look Back
* What did you like most about the program? |
|
* What could be improved? |
|
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | I felt that I really did not know enough about my courses before entering the program. For example, my courses ended on July 3rd, but I could have taken my exams at the end of the June. This would have allowed me to leave earlier than July 5th, which is when we were told we could leave, and meet my family in Ireland for our vacation sooner. I also did not know what to expect out of the courses I took or really know what I would need for them. I also felt that I didn't know enough about the divide between Cyprus and North Cyprus before I came, which I'm sure is largely my fault. It also would have been nice to get kind of a "cheat sheet" of phonetic pronunciations of basic Greek phrases so I knew some Greek before traveling there. |

The Academic or LinguistYou went abroad with specific academic goals in mind; the program credentials and rigor of your coursework abroad were very important to you. You had a great time abroad, but never lost sight of your studies and (if applicable) were diligent with your foreign language study. Good for you! |
