I could not have asked for better housing. We were completely immersed in the culture. Perfect. |

Rosa, the woman who cooked for us, was amazing and so was her food. |

We were often given the option to speak the language, although it was possible to get by without using it. I would encourage future participants to try to learn at least a little bit of the language. |

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? | Try. The people are all very patient and want the talk to you. The relationships you can make with people even though there is a language barriers are amazing. |
